Q: Will all the information in my Computer remain private?
Q: Why choose MACNERD over the Apple Store?
One big advantage is that you don’t need Applecare with us! You can contact us whenever, wherever without having to wait in line or on hold for help. We also come to you when needed free of charge, although most of your questions can simply be answered over the Internet!
Q: How can you fix my computer without seeing it?
Provided you have an Internet signal we can gain access into your computer via a shared screen. While you watch, MACNERD can fix your problem and/or answer any questions you may have.
Q: Will I really notice a difference after a MACNERD Tune Up?
Not only will you notice a difference in how fast and responsive your Mac has become, but you’ll also have more space for your Music and Photos! We guarantee a better running machine or the Tune Up is on us.
Q: Can you pick up my computer and drop it off when done?
No problem. Give MACNERD a call or go online and fill out our Service Request Form. Provided you are within our Service Area, we will gladly come pick up and drop off your machine at no extra charge! Schedule your appointment today.
Q: Do you provide One-on-One Training?
Yes we do! We typically schedule in a minimum of One Hour per session and depending on your “NERD” level can go up from there. We have provided a Training Request Form you can fill out and we will contact you shortly to schedule your session.
Q: What if you can’t solve my problems?
There are definitely cases that are either beyond our scope of knowledge or need to be sent into Apple. If there is ever something we cannot handle we will gladly refund your money for any services rendered incomplete.

Q: Can you fix my iPhone or other Apple Products?
MACNERD is qualified to help with any of the Apple Product line. If you need some help configuring your iPhone or Apple TV give us a call.
Q: How do I pay?
MACNERD provides two easy payment methods. For more secured transactions please use our “Pay Now” PayPal links on our Pricing Page. We accept all major credit cards. MACNERD will also process payments over the phone.
