Once MACNERD receives your issue, we will give you an estimate as to how much it will cost and the time it might take to fix your problem. All support and service issues must be paid for prior to services being rendered.

*Please note that these items are delegated in blocks of time, i.e., if you purchase the 30 BLOCK and use only 10 minutes, you will still be charged for the full 30 BLOCK... The same holds true for the 60 BLOCK. These options are for phone or online support only.
