I was impressed with MACNERD’s accessibility. When I first got my computer, MACNERD helped me to navigate through my hard drive in simple language that I could understand and repeat on my own. After our 2 hour lesson I felt much more comfortable knowing I wasn’t going to break anything.

My computer wouldn’t start up so I called MACNERD. We went through a couple of tests and he found that my hard drive was failing.  So with his help we backed up my computer and he suggested I purchase a new hard drive. He gave me detailed instructions of exactly what to buy and later installed it for me.  We put all my files back on to my new hard drive and I didn’t lose anything!

As I was going through my iTunes Library, I realized my artists, albums, and album art were very unorganized.  I stumbled upon MACNERD and right away he helped me with all the tricks to organize my music fast and effectively.  Now as I scroll through my library I know where my music is according to genre, artists, and album.

We did an online support session and it was very easy and educational and in no time my Mac was working again.  Thanks for being so prompt in answering my support crisis and saving me a headache in the Apple Store.

I was freaking out and couldn’t get my website to publish on iWeb no matter what I tried. MACNERD answered all my questions and worked some magic. I recently bought a new iPhone and had no idea how to use it other than to make phone calls.
